This policy explains how FOM-UK collects and uses the information you give us through this website, including our free Finance Score and Roadmap.
Who we are
FOM-UK is a trading name of FOM Accounting Ltd (company number 15930284), a chartered certified accountancy firm regulated by the ACCA. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the information you provide here. You can reach us at admin@fom-uk.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you request your finance score and roadmap or ask us to call you.
- The answers you give in the Finance Score (your responses about your bookkeeping, cash flow, deadlines and so on), so we can produce a result that reflects your business.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, and marketing identifiers such as a Google Click ID (gclid) and campaign tags, so we understand which ad or link brought you here.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to produce and send your finance roadmap, to contact you about it and our services, and to measure and improve our marketing. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in following up on an enquiry you started.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who act on our behalf as data processors, including our CRM and customer-management platform (GoHighLevel) and our email provider, to store your details and send your roadmap. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or withdraw consent for marketing. To exercise any of these, email admin@fom-uk.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to run it and to remember your marketing source for attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this page.
